Handcrafted with Care - Once approved, we'll craft your piece by hand in our North Shore workshop.
Delivered to You - Pick up locally or have your finished piece shipped right to your door.

Custom Order FAQs

What kind of custom work can you make?
If you can dream it, we can probably make it. We specialize in handpainted wooden signs, nautical ropework (like wreaths, trivets, and wall hangings), and custom laser cutting and engraving. From personalized signs and engraved keepsakes to one-of-a-kind rope creations, we love bringing your ideas to life.

How do I get started?
It’s easy — just fill out our Custom Order Form with your ideas. Tell us what you’re looking for (size, colors, wording, engraving details, style) and share any inspiration photos. We’ll take it from there.

Will I get to see a proof before you start?
Absolutely! Once we gather the details, we’ll send you a design proof to review. Nothing moves forward until you love it.

When do I need to pay?

Payment in full is required at the time of design approval. This allows us to secure materials and get started on your custom piece right away.

Do you offer refunds for custom work?

Because every custom order is made just for you, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a design is approved.

How long does it take?
On average, most custom projects take 2–4 weeks after you approve your design. Need it sooner? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Do you ship?
Yes! We ship all over the U.S., and if you’re local to the North Shore, you can choose to pick up your order instead.

How much will it cost?
It depends on the size, materials, and complexity. Once we know what you’re looking for, we’ll send you a clear quote — no surprises.

Can you handle big orders?
Definitely, whether it’s a bulk order for an event, custom gifts for a wedding party, engraved products for a business, or décor for a venue, we love working on larger projects.
